Customer-generated research positions Prophix as a best-in-class vendor

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO – Prophix Software, a global leader in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software, achieved high marks as an Overall Leader in Dresner Advisory Services’ Wisdom of Crowds Enterprise Planning Market Study. This annual report is a broad assessment of the enterprise planning market, examining key user trends, attitudes, and three-year plans.

The Dresner study concluded

2018 Vendor Credibility Model

The Vendor Credibility model considers how customers “feel” about their vendor. Customer feedback places Prophix in the upper-right quadrant for “Credibility Leaders”, which contains the highest-scoring vendors.

2018 Customer Experience Model

The Customer Experience model considers the real-world experience of customers working with enterprise planning products daily. Dresner positions Prophix in the upper-right quadrant of the Customer Experience model, among the highest-scoring vendors, earning Prophix the title of an “Overall Experience Leader.”

For each annual study, enterprise planning users contribute their opinion on topics related to their current and planned usage. Users are also asked to prioritize 18 technologies and initiatives strategic to planning. The 2018 report also includes year-over-year comparisons to indicate market shifts.
