Prophix achieves numerous top scores in BARC’s latest global user survey – 9 out of 10 respondents say they would recommend Prophix’s CPM software

Prophix Software, a global leader in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software, is pleased to announce that BARC, a leading industry analyst, has released the results of The Planning Survey 19, the world’s largest survey of planning software users. Similar to last year, Prophix was one of the most highly-rated software vendors in the report.

BARC’s long-running yearly study routinely passes 1,000 participants. This time around, over 1,300 users from around the world answered questions about the planning software they use.

Based on customer feedback, Prophix earned a total of 50 leading positions across its three designated peer groups. Among these, Prophix ranked number one a total of 23 times, often in crucial categories such as “Business benefits,” “User experience,” and “Project length.” Prophix was especially successful in the “Flexible Planning Solutions” peer group, leading in 20 of the 28 KPIs calculated.

“Prophix is a solution whose results have been improving each year, ever since its first inclusion in The Planning Survey. The latest results are especially impressive considering the wide range and the importance of the KPIs Prophix is leading in,” said Dr. Christian Fuchs, Senior Vice President and Head of Analytics & Data Management Practice at BARC. “It goes to show that Prophix delivers great value for its customers, is very user-friendly and offers a wide range of functionalities, especially for planning.”
The survey also revealed that 94% of Prophix users are satisfied and would recommend the software to others. This high level of customer satisfaction was mirrored by the written comments from respondents: “I have never seen a software so focused on the user experience,” said one customer; “Great, flexible tool at a reasonable price,” said another user.
