Prophix named three years in a row as an outstanding private-sector employer

Prophix Software is proud to share that we have been chosen as one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2018. This award recognizes companies who offer the nation’s best work environments in the private sector. This is the third consecutive year our team has earned this honor.

Now entering its fourth year, Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers is a competition that

applauds outstanding enterprises that offer the nation’s best workplaces in the private sector with under 500 employees. Canada’s small & medium employers are incredibly important to the nation and are responsible for:

• Over half of the nation’s gross domestic product
• Almost 90% of the private-sector labor force
• Over three-quarters of the new jobs created in the past decade

Employers are evaluated on eight criteria: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement.
