Leading Corporate Performance Management (CPM) company recognized as a great place to work

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO – Prophix Software is proud to share that we have been chosen as one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2019. This award recognizes companies who offer the nation’s best work environments and forward-looking human resources (HR) policies in the private sector. This is the fourth consecutive year our team has earned this honor.

Now entering its sixth year, Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers is a competition that applauds outstanding private sector enterprises with under 500 employees that offer new kinds of HR initiatives and innovative workplace policies. Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers make up 90% of the nation’s private-sector workforce and are responsible for over half the nation’s gross domestic product, as well as over three-quarters of the new jobs created in the past decade.

Employers are evaluated on eight criteria: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement. Employers are compared to other organizations in their industry to determine which offers the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.
