Leading CPM company recognized as a great place to work

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO – Prophix Software is proud to share it has been chosen as one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2021. This award recognizes companies who offer the nation’s best work environments and forward-looking human resources (HR) policies in the private sector. This is the fifth time Prophix has earned this honor.

Now entering its eighth year, Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers is a competition, part of Mediacorp’s annual ranking of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, that applauds outstanding private sector enterprises with under 500 employees that offer new kinds of HR initiatives and innovative workplace policies. Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers constitute 90% of the nation’s private-sector workforce and are responsible for over half the nation’s gross domestic product, as well as over 95% of the new jobs created in the past decade.

Employers are evaluated on eight criteria: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement. Employers are compared to other organizations in their industry to determine which offers the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.
