Prophix Software Named One of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers

Prophix Software, a global leader in developing Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software, is proud to announce it has been selected as one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers for 2016. The accolade recognizes outstanding small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that offer the nation’s best workplaces in the private sector with under 500 employees.

Now entering its fourth year, Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers recognizes SMEs with exceptional workplaces and forward-thinking Human Resources policies. Employers are evaluated on the same eight criteria as the larger Canada’s Top 100 Employers project: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement. To determine eligibility, the Top 100 editors follow the SME definition used by Statistics Canada, limiting the competition to private-sector companies with under 500 employees worldwide.
