Prophix achieves top ranks for customer satisfaction and user experience in ‘Flexible Planning Platforms’ peer group in BARC’s The Planning Survey 18

Prophix’s Corporate Performance Management software favored by users for ease-of-use & flexibility

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO – Prophix Software, a global leader in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software, released the results of Prophix in the BARC Annual Planning Survey. Each year, BARC, a leading enterprise software industry analyst, publishes The Planning Survey to identify the top planning software vendors.

Prophix earned top marks in several key categories including; “Business Value,” “Customer Satisfaction” and “User Experience” across their two peer groups – “Flexible Planning Platforms” and “BI-Focused Products.”

Business Value & Customer Satisfaction

In the peer group “Flexible Planning Platforms,” Prophix was named best-in-class in the “Business Value” and “Customer Satisfaction” categories for many KPIs including “Price-to-value,” “Recommendation,” “Vendor Support,” “Implementer Support” and “Product Satisfaction.” Many respondents also praised Prophix’s attractive price-performance ratio.

User Experience

Similarly, Prophix received notable scores in the “User Experience” category, ranking first among its peers in the “Flexible Planning Platform” group for “Reporting/Analysis Functionality,” “Ease-of-Use,” and “Flexibility.”

Many Prophix users cited “Good Coverage of Reporting/Analysis Functionality” and “Flexibility of the Software” as the prominent reason why they chose the solution. Prophix’s ability to address a variety of use cases with capabilities for top-down and bottom-up planning was identified as one of its strongest features.

Overall, positive user feedback & high KPI scores contributed to Prophix’s first-in-class recommendation rate of 88 percent, which was excellent for both peer groups.
